3. Services Provided

• Submission and follow-up with Wikipedia editors.
• Optional monitoring and maintenance.
• Approval of any Wikipedia page is determined by Wikipedia’s editorial guidelines and discretion, and we cannot guarantee acceptance, unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made prior to project initiation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• All payments are non-refundable unless a refund is approved in accordance with our published refund policy.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
• Refunds are processed within 45 working days after approval.
• If a client cancels due to a change of mind, no refund shall be entertained.
• This policy is separate from Wikipedia’s notability and editorial policies, which are beyond our control.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

• Upon full payment, the final content created for your wiki page becomes your property.
• PR Titans reserves the right to use anonymized versions of content for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise contracted.

7. Revisions

• Revisions may be offered depending on the package selected.
• Reasonable edits are included as per your package terms.
• Excessive changes or requests inconsistent with project scope may require additional fees.

8. Client Cooperation & Responsiveness

• Timely communication is essential.
• Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may result in project hold, extended timelines, or additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

• PR Titans is not responsible for decisions made by Wikipedia editors, including edits, removals, or refusals.
• We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from client failure to provide required information or timely responses.

10. Modifications to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated or revised at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the service location where the contract was made.
• Any legal claims related to these Terms will fall under the appropriate jurisdiction.
