PR Titans Refund Policy

• Clients may request a refund within 7 days of making the payment.
• Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Change of Mind:

• If a client decides to cancel the project due to a change of mind within 7 days, 50% of the payment will be refundable.
• No full refunds are available for change-of-mind cancellations.

Projects Already Started:

• Once the project has begun, including instances where drafts or initial work have been shared,no refund is applicable in case the client changes their mind.
• This ensures that the time, research, and resources invested such as Wikipedia Adminstrator slots booked in the project are fairly compensated.

Processing Time:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 45 working days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Scope of Applicability:

• This policy applies to all services offered by PR Titans, including but not limited to wiki page creation, editing, publishing, content development, and marketing services.
